Do I need a waiver?
Yes. All adults must complete their own waiver, and minors require a parent/ guardian signature. Waivers can be completed online here.
Do I need special socks?
Yes, trampoline-grade socks are required and can be purchased on-site.
Are all ages welcome?
Absolutely! There’s fun for everyone at Jump City.
What does an admission ticket include?
Access to all play areas except the Arcade.
Are arcade cards included in admission?
No, arcade cards must be purchased separately.
Do toddlers get a special price?
Yes, toddlers aged 5 and under receive discounted pricing!
Do parents of toddlers jump for free?
No, every jumper is required to pay for admission. However, if you’re a parent or guardian of a toddler and are only supervising to ensure their safety without participating in any activities or jumping, you won’t be charged. Please note that all supervising parents or guardians must wear jump socks, which can be purchased on-site.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, the weight limit is 250 lbs.
